Memorial Day Weekend:
Saints Baseball & Fireworks
Oh, come on! Who could
resist Saints baseball during Memorial Day weekend? We can't.
The Saints kicked Sioux Falls' ass and we got some killer
fireworks afterwards. Before the game began, hundreds gathered
in the stadium parking lot for some good ol' fashion tailgaiting.
It wasn't long ago I was sitting in that same lot with my
sister during her visit last year. Ahh...good memories, I
love Saints games.
Look at what else we've
been up to!

Memorial Day Weekend: Crystal
Cave
Saturday we headed into Spring
Valley, Wisconsin to visit the Crystal
Cave. Greg's daughter Anais loves rocks and "hunting
for treasures," so it made for a perfect theme for our weekend.
We had a guided tour into the caves where
we viewed bats, cave
formations such as stalactites and stalagmites,
and panned for gemstones.
Afterwards
we headed straight to the movies to watch the 3rd Pirates
of the Caribbean.

Memorial Day Weekend: Crystal
Cave (cont.)
OK...this photo isn't all
that real. I digitally pasted little Anais into the photo of the
caves. It just made me laugh, so hopefully it might give someone
else a chuckle.

Memorial Day Weekend: Greg's
Kids
These are just a couple little
photos of G.'s kids I have to throw in. Anais ALWAYS wakes up early
and MUST be next to Daddy. You'll wake up and she'll be 2 inches
from your face, breathing and tossing. It's funny. It's one of those
things you learn about little 5 year olds. I find it adorable how
they find peace just by being next to you.
And then there's Hunter. Age
12, going on 18. He's at that miserable stage where nothing is cool
and it sucks hanging out with old folks. Yes, I've become part of
the "old folks." That's not cool and it sucks.

(Left) My Mom
I had to add a photo
of my Mom. She's so pretty and she had her birthday recently.
She liked her necklace I gave her and I'm happy when she is
happy. I love you Mom!
